Online, Home & Group Yoga fees

IMG_1054I am available to do one to one sessions or in small groups. Please contact me to fix an appointment. Below is a general description of how I conduct private one to one sessions and group classes.

For private lessons (online and in person)

On the first session, we find out together what you want from the lesson – what is your aim from doing yoga and if you have any limitations in the body, this is so we can plan the lesson based on your capacity and current health condition. I will explain the basic Philosophy of Yoga, so you know what yoga is before we start. We will then start with some breathing techniques so you know what is expected from you and then a few resting poses to calm the body and mind. This will take up to 60mins. After the session, we will review what we’ve done and we’ll take it from there.

Please have a yoga mat, some cushions (sofa cushions are ok too) and a block or something similar to be safe and support your practice.

IMPORTANT POLITE NOTICE :

  • Please arrive 5 – 10 minutes before the agreed session time, so we start our session with peace and calm and not rushed.
  • Please make sure the space you are practising is safe and comfortable. Perhaps have blankets ready incase if it gets cold.
  • Please wear baggy/lose clothing and remove all jewellery so you are comfortable for the practice.

First online private session is £35 for 60mins.

And then choose one of these options for the next 5 or 10 sessions:

  • £150 for 5 sessions (60 minutes per lesson), valid for 2 months.
  • £300 for 10 sessions (60 minutes per lesson), valid for 4 months.

First private session at your home is €50 for (60 minutes).

And then choose one of these options for the next 5 or 10 sessions:

  • £225 for 5 sessions (60 minutes per lesson), valid for 2 months.
  • £450 for 10 sessions (60 minutes per lesson), valid for 4 months.

You can pay the full fees on the second session.

Online Group lessons

Via Zoom on every Friday and Saturday, both days at 12:00 to 13:15 (Germany timezone). Please use a time convertor if you are joining us from outside the Germany timezone.

Please confirm your attendance 24 hours before the class via email – mrkmuniandy@gmail.com, so I can email you the Zoom link and other relevant details.

CONFIRM YOUR ATTENDANCE and COMMIT TO IT!

FRIDAY CLASS : Either text me on Whatsapp or email me here by Thursday by 12noon to confirm you are joining the class.

SATURDAY CLASS : Either text me on Whatsapp or email me here by Friday by 12noon to confirm you are joining the class.
* any cancellation less than 24 hours or no show is £10

It will be £15 per person for 75 minutes session for each class.

IMPORTANT POLITE NOTICE :

  • Please join the Zoom group 5 – 7 minutes before the the class starts, so we begin on time with peace and calm.
  • Please make sure your phone or laptop is fully charged or is charging while we practice.
  • Please spend some time to find a good camera angle so we can see each other clearly as we won’t have time to adjust the position of the camera when we start our session.
  • Please make sure the space you are practising is safe and comfortable. Perhaps have blankets ready incase if it gets cold.
  • Please wear baggy/lose clothing and remove all jewellery so you are comfortable for the practice.  

Bookings and cancellations for lessons via online and at home.

There is a fee of £25 (Private session) and £10 (Group session) for cancellation within 24 hours of the private appointment / time of advertised class.

Bookings and change of appointment are done via email.

Lessons fees can be paid in Euro € and Pounds £ currency.
